Attorney Alex Martinez has a unique bicultural background stemming from his studies here in the State of Texas and in Spanish in Mexico. Attorney Martinez attended a Jesuit School where he learned the importance of education, hard work, integrity, family, and faith. For the past 10 years, Attorney Martinez has dedicated a significant amount of time to empowering the Rio Grande Valley with information on legal rights and fraud prevention.
Mr. Martinez has received several awards and accolades for his high-quality legal services. Mr. Martinez has been recognized as one of the best attorneys in South Texas by organizations such as ThreeBestRated.com and RGVision Magazine. Mr. Martinez has over a decade of court case experience, representing clients in local, state, federal, and appellate court cases.
Mr. Martinez is a graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) where he graduated with a major in Pre-Law before obtaining his Juris Doctorate at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas in 2009. Mr. Martinez is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and certified to practice law in federal court through the Southern District of Texas. He is proud to represent accident, insurance claim, and immigration clients in Rio Grande City, McAllen, Mission, Edinburg, Pharr, Alamo, Donna, Weslaco, Mercedes, Harlingen, Brownsville, and any other city in the Rio Grande Valley and South Texas.
In his personal time, Mr. Martinez enjoys reading history books, watching documentaries, and taking part in outdoor activities. Mr. Martinez is an avid hiker and extreme-sports enthusiast. His favorite hobbies include kite boarding, tri-athlete events, and motocross. Mr. Martinez is also a proud 2nd Amendment supporter, and he enjoys related sports such as skeet shooting and hunting.
Adrian Martinez

For over 40 years, Attorney Adrian Martinez has been practicing complex civil litigation as a major part of his career as an attorney. Adrian Martinez is recognized as a highly-skilled litigator with strengths in high-stakes jury trials.
Attorney Martinez is a graduate of the University of Houston, and he earned his Juris Doctorate at Georgetown Law School in Washington, D.C. After law school, Attorney Martinez was recruited to work as a staff attorney at Texas Legal Aid, where he represented the less fortunate.
Attorney Martinez was then accepted a prosecuting attorney position with the Security Exchange and Commission (SEC). After completing his time with the SEC, he was hired as a senior trial lawyer at an oil and gas company. Attorney Martinez tried numerous cases throughout the country and won 15 of the largest cases at Coastal Corporation.
Throughout the decades, Attorney Martinez has won several major jury trials on behalf of low and high-income individuals as well as local and multi-national corporations. With over 40 years of experience, Attorney Martinez has proved that his areas of expertise range far and wide. Attorney Martinez is a partner and of counsel with his son, Attorney Alex Martinez, at the Law Office of Alex Martinez.
His hobbies include reading history books, playing golf and tennis, and spending time with his grandkids.
